The dating site rules of use

1. A user of our dating site is obliged to use personal advertisement data provided by the site in accordance with the rules of Polish law and the Internet user’s etiquette.

2. The site owners (webmaster?) stipulate that they are not responsible for safety of the data retained on the site and potential damage resulting from malfunction of the system, or damages inflicted by other users of the site.

3. The site owners stipulate that they have the right to remove an account or reject a picture without giving explanation, or in cases of:
- an account being inactive for period longer than 90 days
- contrary to the law regulations use of the account
- running pornographic content
- acting to the detriment of the host site.

4. The site owners make it clear that they are not responsible for the textual and pictorial content of personal advertisements provided by users of the site.

5. The site owners reserve the right to publish an advertising content in any part of the site and keeps the privilege of sending advertising materials to the sites registered users.

6. Without giving any reasons, a site user, by clicking into ‘remove account’ bookmark, may remove their account at any moment.

7. The site owners reserve the right to change the content of this regulations at any time without explanation and notification of the users.
